Having decided not to risk catching any communicable diseases in the Kolam Air Panas hot springs, we get an ice-cream hotdog (which had been within 50 yards of durian and therefore smelled like fart and tasted horrible) and head back along the road towards Hulu Yam to find somewhere to relax for the afternoon.
It wasn't long before we found a picnic spot, but it was really busy (and litter strewn, annoyingly) and I didn’t want to strip off in front of, or share the water with, these families.

So we walked a bit further on and found a fantastic secluded spot and settled there for the afternoon.
Whilst I was sitting on a rock, with my feet dangling in the freezingly refreshing waterfall water, my thoughts turned to my friends in the UK who were experiencing wind, rain and freezing weather, and smiled to myself.
