It's Chinese New Year, and as most of my friends are either away for the week or have family visiting, I am heading to Borneo for the weekend.
We're flying with Air Asia via the fly ridden LCCT which is usually a horrific experience, but this Air Asia experience was going ok, far better than the one to
Phuket, and we were actually quite happy and relaxed, playing
Words with Friends on my iPhones to while away the time. All seemed to be going OK...
Until...
As I get my passport checked
for the third time, there seems to be a problem, though not sure why. My visa
expires on the 28th January. Today is the 21st, so I have a week left on my
visa. In addition to that, I have a visitor entry valid until the end of July,
so really not sure what his problem was. Border police are idiots and I am interrogated about how long I am going away for etc, and have to prove that I am actually leaving Malaysia on the 28th. Thanks for the reminder, tosser!
