I meet up with Keith at lunch and I am really looking forward to having
crispy pork knuckle in a place near the office, but immediately disappointed that this dish is not longer
served. At first the waitress try to insist that they’ve never sold it, but we
just sat there and said that we have eaten it, in this restaurant, at this table a couple of
months ago. I resisted the temptation of showing her a photo, stupid cow. Anyway, we
have ribs instead with a crispy pork salad, which was very tasty and probably a
lot healthier.
